First, start off with a crust. You can make your own, if so inclined, I just bought one.
Next, combine equal parts ranch and hot sauce. (A thicker hot sauce, typically used for buffalo sauce works best, but an actual ‘buffalo’ sauce is not recommended) How much you need depends on the size of your crust.
Mix sauces together and spread evenly over crust.
Add some cheese, whatever variety floats your boat. I used pepperjack, personally.
Add chopped chicken and bacon. I cooked mine on my Traeger the night before. Once again, how much you need depends on the size of your pie.
I also added diced cherry tomatoes. This is optional, leave them off if you want, or add any other vegetables you like, onions, peppers… I would have thrown mushrooms on there had I had any.
Top with another layer of cheese (I used ‘Italian blend’ this time) and throw in your preheated Traeger. I had mine running at 350, it should take under 10 minutes to cook, but, once again, it all depends on the size of your pie. I didn’t time mine, I just kept an eye on it.
